Shipping policy


🛍️ Pre-Made Orders

Pre-made items will be shipped within 24 hours (& 1-2 business days if ordered on a holiday) after your order is received and packaged. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package and see its estimated delivery time directly.

⏳ Pre-Orders

For our October 25th launch, all pre-order items will begin shipping between November 22nd and December 6th, 2025(4–6 weeks after launch). These are estimated shipping dates, we’ll keep you updated by email if anything changes.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to track your delivery.A pre-order means you’re reserving your set in advance before it’s made. Your order goes straight into production just for you, and ships as soon as it’s done 💅

Once bulk order are received we will ship after packaging your order(s)

 

🚚 Mixed Pre-Made & Pre-Order Shipping (One Shipment Only)

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship together once everything is ready. We don’t offer split shipping unless you specifically request it.

This is to avoid you paying for shipping twice—especially if you’re already eligible for free shipping or already covered the fee once. As a small business, we don’t have the resources to cover a second shipping cost, and we don’t want to push that cost onto you either.

📦 Pre-Order vs. Pre-Made What’s the Difference?

  • Pre-Order: The item is not yet made or in stock. You’re buying in advance and it will ship later (approx. 4–6 weeks after launch). Your order goes straight into production just for you, and ships as soon as it’s done!

  • Pre-Made: The item is already in stock and ready to be shipped out within 3–4 business days of ordering.
