Refund policy
At this time, we do not accept returns for any items are pre-made sets. Due to the limited nature of this launch, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.
If you place a pre-order, you may request to cancel your order only before it has shipped. Once your pre-order is processed and sent, it becomes final and non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elliezapparel@gmail.com with clear photo or video evidence. If a return is approved, you’ll be given instructions for next steps

Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds on any orders, including in-stock and made-to-order items.
The only exception is for pre-orders that are canceled before they are shipped. Once a pre-order item has shipped, it becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out within 48 hours and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
